OmniSource Southeast, a wholly owned subsidiary of Steel Dynamics, Inc., one of the nation's leading metals recycling companies, is currently seeking a dependable employee who will sort metal, assist customers, etc.
Position
Responsibilities:
1.Sort metal materials for processing as directed
2.Assist customers throughout the facility
3.Clean and maintain work area
4.Prepare materials for shipment
5.Understand and complete necessary paperwork & documents
6.Operate skid steer & forklift
7.All other duties as required
Position Requirements:
1.Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
2.Ability to lift 50lbs or more repetitively on a regular basis
3.Self-motivated team player willing to learn new skills
4.Ability to make decisions in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
5.Ability to stand for long periods of time on a daily basis
6.A clear understanding and adherence to safety rules and regulations.
7.Team player dedicated to the organization.
8.Knowledge of scrap is a plus.
Candidates must be able to pass background checks, and pre-employment testing which includes basic physical exam and drug screen.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
