State-of-the-art facilities in El Paso, TX, Spartanburg, SC, and Englewood, CO, use advanced diagnostic tools and automated equipment to test, refurbish and redistribute hardware to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years related experience, including experience with electronic equipment in a repair, production/manufacturing environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. One-year of previous work experience using a computer.
SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have good written, verbal and typing skills.
Capable of using Windows and Window applications. Must be capable of using hand tools and soldering irons.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Forklift certification is a plus.

Must have the ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for long periods of time.
Ability to operate a pallet jack loaded with receivers.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Ensures production and quality standards are met by verifying that the inbound and outbound RA information related to the receiver is correct.
Verifies warranty validity and charges related to customer replacement outbound.
Verifies accuracy of information collected by performing a function test on Digital Satellite; viewing information collected, to ensure proper codes were used.
Distributes results to supervisor and management.
Ensures that all equipment and the surrounding area are neat, clean and well organized.
Brings all parts shortages, equipment, procedural and personnel problems to the attention of management.
Keeps necessary written or computerized logs and records as requested.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
