QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient with Microsoft windows and the charting, updating and printing of Excel formatted reports.
SKILLS
Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities
SUMMARY
Acts in a lead capacity for a relatively small group of nonexempt employees performing the same job as the group but at greater proficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Lead team through effective delegation, handling escalated issues and evaluating workload.
Assist supervisor by providing team members with better methods of performing standard duties.
Provides guidance and assists with scheduling in the absence of the area supervisor.
Capable and proficient at performing all duties at a greater level of proficiency.
Assists supervisor in reporting needs and collection of requested data.
Assists with training for all new employees and additional training for existing employees.
Interface with internal departments to maintain effective and proficient processes.
Collaborate with supervisor to update procedures and training documentation.
Leads team meetings and supervises the team's adherence to policies and procedures.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist other operators with better and more efficient methods of performing their specific duties.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
