Position Summary

Safely operate Roto-gravure press stacker equipment producing quality logs, stacks, or loads of product maintaining Donnelley quality. Will work in a team environment that is committed to employee involvement and teamwork.

Responsibilities

All employees are responsible for conducting themselves in accordance with the plant safety rules. Team members are to be participative in their team s function and support the team s decisions. Will work in a team environment that is committed to employee involvement and teamwork. Must be willing to work any shift. 7.5 hours or 11.5 hours. These shifts do rotate.
Required Skills
Job Knowledge & Skills
Remove signatures from the press stacker and stacks them as required by our customers. (Internal and External)
Be efficient in operating and setting up the stacker, strapper, and other related equipment used to perform the job.
Remove waste or defective product from the stacker as identified.
Assist in performing press assignments as identified by the team. These assignments include:
Cleaning and webbing up the press after web breaks
Safely handling pallets
Control waste and spoilage
Report defective stock or material to the press leader
Report mechanical problems for repair
Perform cleaning duties as indentified by the team, Press Leader, or Supervisor
Perform miscellaneous task upon request of the team, press Leader, and
Supervisor
Assist in training inexperienced press supports
Learn additional skill for upgrading to support the team activities
Required Experience
3-years manufacturing experience preferred. Must have the ability to work any shift. Candidate must be willing to rotate shifts.
