Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or at least 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Welding and machinist experience a plus.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply concepts of basic math and algebra.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities
SUMMARY
Tests and modifies developmental or operational product. Troubleshoots problems and provides corrective action.
JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Interfaces with engineers to perform tests to provide meaningful data.
Assembles and tests experimental electrical equipment and components according to engineering specifications.
Modifies electrical prototypes to correct functional deviations under direction of engineer.
Diagnoses the cause of electrical/mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventive and corrective maintenance.
Installs through hole and surface mount components in proper orientation and inspects completed boards for loading faults.
Self motivated.
Proficient in organizational and time management skills to complete multiple projects, tasks, deadlines.
Communication skills.
Flexible in working with a project orientated group.
Ability to provide solutions from rough concepts.
Maintain tools and test equipment in good working order.
Overtime is mandatory based on business needs; must be flexible.
Other job duties and tasks may be assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
