Transportation Supervisor/Manager

Ensuring timely pick up and delivery of each load of material

Calculating freight rates
Ensuring that the cost of maintaining all equipment meets budget limits
Managing utilization including reviewing rates on a regular basis and monitoring driver performance
Operating the fleet in compliance with all DOT regulations
Verifying payroll for accuracy
Managing transportation staff
All other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, previous fleet management experience, working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word, ability to work independently and in a team setting, flexible schedule, as travel is required and a college degree in business, marketing, operations or a related field is a plus.
We are looking to between $50,000 and $65,000 with a potential 20% quarterly bonus and annual restricted stock units of $8700.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
