During this 12-week program in Calhoun, GA, participants will receive extensive training in the flooring industry, residential sales, and learn what gives Mohawk a competitive advantage above the competition.
As a Territory Manager, individuals will be responsible for all sales and the interaction with new and existing clients in the assigned territory. This person will be responsible for cultivating proactive, solution-oriented business relationships with customers, partners, and employees.
The Excellent Candidate will be:
A recent college graduate of Bachelor's Degree Program in Sales, Marketing, Business or similar
Able to learn, maintain, and communicate effectively in the field an in-depth knowledge of the company's diverse business and product lines
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Internet Explorer) and the ability to learn and utilize other technology programs
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
A self-motivated individual who has the ability to work with minimal supervision
Demonstrate leadership potential in school, community, and/or workplace
Interested in Sales as a long-term career path
An excellent communicator who enjoys a competitive atmosphere
Willing to relocate, as needed
Valid state driver's license

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
