The Lead DSP has general responsibility for assisting the Program Manager with the general flow for the shift and day to day operation of residential facility.
You support many areas of daily living such as medication administration, hygiene, grooming, shopping, meal preparation, and transportation as well as other community and employment skills as needed.
You find it very rewarding to help people with disabilities lead self-fulfilling lives!
