This manager is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money.
This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization.
This individual will have some ability to show patience in finding a solution, though accomplishing the objective is more important for this person than using one specific process.
They will also have a strong understanding of the financials of the business and the overall pulse of the team.
Compensation:
o Salary:
$60,000 - $65,000o Bonus:
$20,000 - $25,000 (based on performance, increases as the company grows)o Expected First Year Earnings:
$80,000 - $90,000o PTO
Responsibilities:
o Manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
o Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for property listings and agency promotion.
o Coordinate property showings, appointments, and client communications.
o Assist real estate agents with contract preparation, paperwork, and transaction coordination.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings on various platforms.
o Handle financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable.
o Foster positive client relationships by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
o Stay informed about local real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
o Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for improving office efficiency and profitability.
o Oversee all contracts through closingo Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standardso Track and review goals weeklyo Attend training as neededo Schedule travel and trainingo Schedule and coordinate vendor visits to the teamo Master the systems and websites used in tracking our clients and contracts through Closingo Build relationships with the clientso Acts as the gatekeeper for Team Lead
Qualifications:
o Previous experience in a real estate office management or related role is preferred.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Proficiency in office software and technology systems.
o Ability to lead and motivate a team.
o Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
o Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
