Job Responsibilities The Human Resources Generalist / Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level.
This position carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas:
human resources activities, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy design and implementation, recruitment, employment law compliance and compensation and benefits administration.
The HR Generalist will work with department leaders to anticipate and meet the evolving HR needs of Spartanburg Community College.
Utilizing policies and procedures, responsible for the management of employee relations, performance, and grievance issues within the College.
Serves as the face of Human Resources related to HR Services which include staff development, recognition, employee rights & responsibilities, etc.
Oversees the onboarding and offboarding process.
Responsible for employee engagement and retention programs, including the addition of new programs or the revision of current programs as needed.
Supervise HR Coordinator.
Assists with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum and Additional Requirements Bachelor's degree and experience in human resources management programs.
Preferred Qualifications 3
years experience in progressive human resources positions.
Employee relations experience.
Supervisory experience is preferred SHRM / HRCI certification preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
