Stewardship & Donor Database Administrator
Position SummaryThe Stewardship & Donor Database Administrator (SDDA) is responsible for several key areas in the operations of the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System Foundation (Foundation).
This position must have a solid understanding of and experience with database records, acknowledgements, queries, imports, and exports to oversee the management of the donor database.
The SDDA maintains the accuracy of the donor database (Raiser's Edge), stays up to date with new features and options of the software, and identifies areas of improvement.
The SDDA supports the development team by conducting research on current and prospective philanthropic partners.
Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's DegreeExperience 5 years' experience in a database management Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communications skills, both oral and written Must be technically savvy and adept in digital strategies License/Registration/Certifications N/APreferred RequirementsPreferred Education Bachelor's DegreePreferred Experience Raiser's Edge experiencePreferred License/Registration/Certifications BlackBaud Raiser's Edge CertificationCore Job Responsibilities Oversees management of the donor database Assists the development team with donor acquisition Conducts research on current and new philanthropic partners Creates online gift and event registration forms Creates and runs queries and reports in the database for the development and operations teams Prepares and reviews acknowledgement letters and other correspondence with donors Ensures standardization and accuracy of information about gifts and constituents within the database Develops and updates processes and procedures for maintaining the database Establishes stewardship programs with the development team Assists with the gift entry and acknowledgement processes Performs special projects related to the database as needed Communicates with donors to answer questions and provide information Other duties as assigned Recommended Skills Communication Databases E Business Interpersonal Skills Import/Export Logistics Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
