KOS is seeking a full-time accounts recievable/administrative assistant to work at our Spartanburg location.
70% of Job is performed inside our billing system.
Position will include but is not limited to the following
Responsibilities:
Data Entry Answers incoming calls:
places service requests, answer account questions, process customer credit card payment, takes messages and re-directs calls as needed Fulfills customer orders Create customers supply orders Entering Customer Meter Readings Internal Operations Accounts Payable Customer invoicing Closing service calls Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail Supports team by performing tasks related to organization Communicates effectively with sales team, management, and all other team members What you need to succeed:
Proficient In Microsoft365 Excellent Verbal Skills Attentive to Detail & Detail Oriented Ability to learn new software, quickly Work Location:
