This is a full-time position and includes Saturdays on a rotational basis.
Applicant will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
This position is best-suited to someone with prior experience in automotive retail parts, mechanical experience and/ or service sales.
CDK experience is preferred.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and a strong working knowledge of current automobile systems.
We require a professional appearance, attitude, and a desire to make the customer experience positive.
Key
Responsibilities:
Collect accurate customer and vehicle information in order to specify correct parts to repair vehicles Assist customers with items related to their primary need Help with checking-in and verifying freight condition Help to maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies to management Complete and maintain training levels as required Establish and maintain rapport with external and internal customers, and help foster team environment Perform additional tasks as assigned by management We offer:
