Key financial position within a Financial Services Environment. Position will be responsible for assessing company performance and profitability. Responsible for evaluating all facets of the business and products with an emphasis on suggested improvements.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating and consolidating the budgeting process(es).
Responsible for completing and analyzing consolidated statements: actual, forecast and planning both short and long term.
Responsible for completing and consolidating various corporate presentations for Senior Management.
Create and evaluate financial models and business cases for product development.
Collaborate with product managers and field staff to evaluate actual performance compared to plan, prior year and forecast as well as performance relative to other competitors in the marketplace.
Drive improvement in product profitability through data analysis and financial modeling.
Support ad-hoc analysis requests and what-if analysis.
Qualifications:
BS Degree preferably in finance.
5-7 years of related experience.
Knowledge of accounting practices and financial systems.
Experience in relational database querying (SQL/SAS/Access).
Excellent verbal and written communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
