Job Description:
This person will work for three different departments on site and must posses the ability to work on multiple items at the same time and to prioritize. This person must also have a high level of attention to detail and be excellent in the use of Microsoft office. This person is needed two days per week for 8 hours per day.
The main job functions of this person are as follows:
Scan and archive batch tickets
Process already approved procedures
File production paperwork
Update already approved PM paperwork
Overdue MOB training and MOC sign off reminders
09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (2 days per week for 8hrs per day)
