Job Description:
Selected candidate will be responsible for helping with the design, implementation, testing and roll out of new products to be provided by the suite of products offered by QS/1. These applications are being architected as a reusable collection of tools using the latest Microsoft development stack.
Along with the typical user interface and business layer development, the candidate may also be involved in designing and developing electronic interfaces to a significant number of other systems.
A working knowledge of software design patterns (including Dependency Injection, Proxy, Adapter and Decorator, MVVM), Software Development Life Cycles (including Agile and Waterfall) automated unit testing and continuous integration is desirable.
Candidate should be well versed in both new application development and maintenance and support of existing applications.
Major Duties
Works with the architect and performs analysis, design and programming activities for moderately complex features of the software projects.
Prepares technical documentation of the analysis and design.
Conducts unit and integration testing.
Skills Required: C#, .NET 4.5, WPF, Entity Framework & SQL Server 2012
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering or mathematics. Typically requires a minimum of three years of experience in software product development and/or software support.
