The Administrative Assistant works independently to provide diversified and administrative secretarial support for the Corporate Integrity team as well as Internal Audit and Research Compliance/IRB. The Administrative Assistant maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to day-to-day activities of Corporate Integrity, providing secretarial support and assisting with documentation support, minor audit projects and various supportive duties to the audit teams.
Job Requirements
High school diploma required. Five years of Administrative Assistant/Secretarial experience preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and data entry. Knowledge of common office equipment required i.e., copier/fax. Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing; pleasant telephone manner; able to think on feet when dealing with callers; customer service oriented; can do approach to work.Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy. Excellent problem solving and people skills also required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
